Career Companion Hub
The sourcing rule, applied to a resume.
A free tool that tailors a resume to a job posting using only the candidate's own record.
It works the way an engagement works here. Where the draft is thin, it asks up to five direct questions instead of inventing an answer. Then every line has to clear a gate before it prints. If there's a number in it, that number has to be one the user typed. If two things the user said disagree, the fact is held back until they sort it out. The user picks what prints and signs every line.
It's the same discipline we apply to a market assessment or a funding decision (every claim traces to a source, and someone with authority checks the output before it's used), scaled down to a problem everyone recognises. Built for GTM, sales, marketing and RevOps roles first, because that's the room we know.
Why publish it. Two case studies on the Services page are de-identified pending client permission. This one has no client, so it can be shown whole. Open it, put in a posting, and watch it refuse to print a number you didn't give it. That's the method.
Status. Free, public, experimental. Hosted on claude.ai. Strategic Market Insights collects no data from it.
The thinking behind it is in the LinkedIn post that launched it: https://lnkd.in/p/g7uJeaMt
