Do you need to prepare anything?

No. After you book, you'll get a short intake form: thirteen questions, about five minutes. There's also an optional section if you'd rather write the detail down than say it out loud. Anything you fill in gives us back call time.

Agenda for the 20-minute call. Minutes 0 to 5: the decision and its date. 5 to 15: what's fixed, what evidence exists and who decides. 15 to 20: whether it's scopeable and what happens next.
